They did a great job fixing my car after i was rear ended. They were even able to blend the paint so you cant tell where i was hit. I would recommend others to them.

We were very pleased with the work that was done to our truck. Kevin was great at keeping us informed with the progress that was going on with our vehicle and answering all our questions.

Kevin was very helpful handling the window repairs for my vehicle. He was upfront about the options I had to purchase the glass and their associated costs. It took almost a week to receive the glass from vendors and a couple of hours to install them. Everything looks good as new. These folks are friendly and hard-working. I would recommend.

Texas Carworx had my car looking better than the day I bought it! Took only 2 weeks from claim made to picking up, and Kevin was helpful and informative! When I left the shop, a code popped up on my car and When I called they sent a mechanic right to me where he fixed the problem and had me back on the road! Will definitely go back if I ever need more repairs!

I want to share our wonderful experience with Carworx. From the very first interaction with Kevin, and the friendly ladies at the front desk, we knew we had made the right choice. Their customer service is exceptional. What impressed us the most was the thorough communication throughout the entire process. We knew what was going on every step of the way, what it would cost, and when they would be finished with our repairs. We called Kevin after they began working on our vehicle to ask if they could fix a busted fog light that wasn't related to our accident while they had it in the shop. Kevin happily obliged. While he still had us on the phone, he found the part we needed online for the best price and gave us an estimate of the additional charges. To our pleasant surprise, they finished our vehicle earlier than expected. Carworx did a quality job. They took care of everything without cutting corners, and even cleaned up the inside! This will be my first choice for all future repairs, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

they don’t know how to properly tell their customers that they are keeping the car way longer then the set date they gave us, we always have to call them to check why or what they need to fix

I am very pleased with the body work on my SUV! Kevin Wright had excellent customer service, and he keep me informed and updated on the status of my vehicle. I didnt have to call my insurance Texas Carwork handled it all!!

Took my truck to fix my front bumper and they left it uneven, and didn't align to any edges. Also I asked for a paint job on small scratches and places where my paint peeled, and did an awful half job. The paint was nowhere near the color of my truck. Will take my truck elsewhere. Do not recommend.
